A: Yes, you must provide a parking spot for our minivans as close to the property as possible (within 50 to 150 metres). The professional team comes with all the equipment and supplies they need to do the job, so they need a bigger car to bring them inside quickly. If you need any details to secure a parking permit, get in touch with us at least 24 hours prior to the day of the service. Please leave a direct contact number and expect an update via SMS or email from 5 pm to 7 pm the day before the service.
Something came up, and I want to reschedule my booking. How can I do that?
A: First, log into your Fantastic account. After that, go to the dashboard, where you can update the details of your service. That's it, and you are done! Please give us at least 48 hours notice otherwise, the cancellation policy will apply.
How can I view my upcoming services?
A: You can see your upcoming services by navigating to Your Bookings within your Fantastic account at any time. If you are unable to see your bookings, please contact us via our chat so we can check if everything is in order with your upcoming services.
Can I pay in cash for my booking?
A: We accept debit and credit cards, apple pay and bank transfer. Cash payments are unavailable to make the process safe and transparent.
What is your minimum term?
A: We don't have one, our customers can use the service for as long as they need it. We only require 7 days' notice from you to terminate appointments with us permanently.
Do you provide after working hours appointments?
A: Yes, we offer flexible services for an additional fee. There are no additional charges for our weekend appointments.
Can I book a team for the weekend?
A: Yes, our services are available 7 days per week, even on weekends and bank holidays.
