What our regular cleaning service includes
Here are some examples of priority areas your weekly cleaner can focus on:
- Living room: Dust all decorations, polish the interior side of windows, vacuum and mop the floor, wipe all skirting boards, clean furniture, and empty the bins;
- Kitchen: Wash the dishes, wipe and polish all surfaces, clean the floor, and polish the interior of microwaves, ovens, extractors, hot plates, fridges, and other appliances;
- Bathroom: Clean the bathroom sink and taps, polish all tiles, scrub the bath and the shower cabin, wipe the bathroom radiator, and disinfect the toilet bowl.
- Bedroom: Clean and polish all surfaces, change the bedding, vacuum the carpet, dust the bed frame, wipe the window blinds, clean all doors and handles, and refresh the floor;
- Hallway: Dust all pictures and light switches in sight, remove dust from furniture, clean the floor, wipe the skirting boards, and refresh the front door;
NOTE: Depending on how many hours you’ve booked, some of the prioritised tasks above may not be completed due to insufficient time. Also, you either need to provide your regular cleaner with detergents and cleaning equipment or request for them to bring what’s necessary.

For instance, the pro can help you bring order to your wardrobe by folding and hanging all your clothes. He can also undertake other similar chores as polishing silverware, watering plants, doing ironing and laundry, or even feeding your pets.
However, keep in mind that this extra range of services does not include strenuous tasks, such as cleaning outdoor areas, looking after children, cooking meals, or moving heavy furniture.
Extra services: For a small fee, the experts can also do single oven cleaning or professional carpet cleaning of 2 carpets.

Q: How can I make changes to my regular cleaning service?
A: Simply log into your Fantastic account, then go to the Dashboard where you can reschedule or cancel your bookings, request change of the service frequency or adding notes with specific priorities for a certain appointment. It takes only a few moments.
Q: What happens if the cleaner is not available?
A: In that scenario, we will be glad to find a suitable replacement. The new operative will then visit at the usual days and working hours that you have previously chosen.
Q: Do I need to provide the cleaner with something?
A: Your weekly cleaner will use the available cleaning products, materials, and equipment at your household (including your own vacuum cleaner). In case there aren’t any, then please make sure to set up your booking with this in mind. If you would like us to take care and bring cleaning products just make sure you add that to your booking.
Q: At what time can the regular cleaner arrive?
A: Cleaning professionals we work with have different availability and you can find slots for your cleaning staring from 7:30-8:00 a.m. Typically cleaners finish all tasks by 8:30-9:00 at the latest. We have professionals working on weekends & bank holidays too so we have you covered at all times.

Q: What is your minimum term?
A: We don't have one, our customers use the service for as long as they actually need it. Only 7 days’ notice is required from you to terminate appointments with us permanently.
Q: Can you hold my property keys for me?
A: Absolutely! After the initial service, the pro may pick up the keys for you, as long as they are stored within a five-minute walking distance from your property. With a set of keys in your cleaner’s hands, they will be able to clean your property without you having to be present.
Q: Will I get the same cleaner every time?
A: To ensure we can send your favourite professional as much as possible please stick to the initially chosen day /time / frequency of the service. In case the weekly cleaner is on holiday or cannot attend for any other reason we will be happy to offer you a replacement for the period of your cleaner's absence. Alternatively you can choose to skip appointments until her/his comeback.
Q: Do I need to arrange a parking permit for my regular house cleaning?
A: All cleaners travel to their assigned properties via public transportation, so the only thing you’ll need to do is pick a convenient day and hour at which your sessions will take place.
Q: Which areas does the weekly cleaning cover?
A: We are glad to tell you that our service covers all London districts, so we can clean your property wherever you may be. Q: Could I ask the cleaner to clean the carpet and outside windows?
A: The cleaner can hoover the carpet. If you need a professional deep carpet cleaning service, we would be more than happy to organise a separate professional service for you by a fully trained carpet cleaning technician. The regular cleaner can clean also clean the windows from inside, as far as they are reachable without the use of a ladder. Should you require any external window cleaning, you can simply book a professional window cleaning service. We will be happy to quote you separately for that.
Q: Can my weekly cleaner also do some ironing?
A: Yes, that is absolutely fine. All you have to do is to add ironing in your list of priorities/ requirements when booking your service. This way we can recommend you the correct amount of time needed to go through everything you need to be done.
Q: I’m not happy with the results. What now?
A: If you’re not happy with the cleaning services you receive, then please make sure to tell us as soon as possible. We’ll see what we can do to amend the situation.
