To remove dust, debris and pet hair, the cleaning professional will first vacuum your mattress thoroughly.
After the inspection of your mattress, the technician will continue with the most suitable cleaning method.
NOTE: Mattresses are cleaned on top and on the sides only.
A high-tech steam cleaning machine will be used to deep clean your mattresses and leave them free of bacteria and germs. First, we will pre-spray the whole mattress with a pre-spray detergent. After that hot water will be sprayed into the mattress under high pressure. Then, up to 80-90% of the moisture, along with grime, dust and fungus, will be extracted, leaving the mattress mostly dry.
Here, a powerful chemical-free solvent will be applied to attract and encapsulate grime and dust. After that, the specialist will vacuum the area and suck back the solvent and the entrapped grime. This method proves especially beneficial to memory foam mattresses, as the water used in the steam cleaning technique may damage them.
Dry UV light cleaning can also be employed, where intensive ultraviolet light is used to kill dust mites and bacteria. This technology is not only quick and easy, but it also continues to work its magic up to 72 hours after its application for complete sanitisation.
At the end of the cleaning service, for additional mattress care, a special solution for fabric protection will be applied, if you book our Prime Care Plan! It will create an invisible layer that will serve as a shield against spillages and dirt.

A: Depending on the temperature of the room, the drying process can take up to 24 hours. To speed that, you can open windows, turn on the AC system.
A: This depends on the origin of the stain, how long it has stayed on the mattress and whether it has been treated before. The hardest to remove stains are from coffee, red wine and bodily fluids. However, we promise that we will do everything possible to achieve the most optimal results.
