If your appliance is not working, the technician that is sent over to your address will first inspect it to see if any part needs replacing. He will then inform you how long this process will take. Next, the expert will remove the old part and replace it with a new one he has on-hand. The old part will then be disposed of.
Professional equipment and authorised appliance parts
Since the engineers, we are partnered with, work closely with official appliance manufacturers, all of the replacement parts we use when fixing Hoover appliances are in accordance with the appropriate model. The most common replacement parts can be found in the van of every technician we work with. If by any chance the part that needs replacing is something rare and we do not have it at hand, the engineer will schedule a second visit with you. On this second visit, he will fix the appliance and will charge you only for the part he replaced. The visit itself will be free of charge.
Installation performed by authorised engineers
All of the technicians we work with come equipped with all the needed tools and machines to install any Hoover appliance you need them to. Once a technician is sent over to your property, he will properly inspect the appliance he needs to install and the place he needs to fit it in. If the appliance that needs installing is one that also comes with water pipes, such as a washing machine or tumble dryer, the engineer will do both the electrical wiring and plumbing. When the appliance is installed and ready, the technician will turn it on to test if it works properly.
