    A: In that scenario, we will be glad to find a suitable replacement. The new operative will then visit at the usual days and working hours that you have previously chosen.

  • Q: Can you hold my property’s keys for me?

    A: Absolutely! After the initial service, the maid may pick up the keys for you, as long as they are stored within a five-minute walking distance from your property. With a set of keys in your cleaner’s hands, they will be able to clean your property without you having to be present.

  • Q: I’m not happy with the results. What now?

    A: If you’re not happy with the cleaning services you receive, then please make sure to tell us as soon as possible. We’ll see what we can do to amend the situation.

  • Q: Do I need to provide the cleaner with something?

    A: Your cleaner will use the available cleaning products and materials at your household. In case there aren’t any, then please make sure to set up your booking with this in mind. If you would like us to take care and bring cleaning products just make sure you add that to your booking.

  • Q: At what time can the regular cleaners arrive?

    A: Cleaning professionals we work with have different availability and you can find slots for your cleaning staring from 7:30-8:00 a.m. Typically cleaners finish all tasks by 8:30-9:00 at the latest. We have professionals working on weekends & bank holidays too so we have you covered at all times.

  • Q: What is your minimum term?

    A: We don't have one, our customers use the service for as long as they actually need it. Only 7 days’ notice is required from you to terminate appointments with us permanently.

  • Q: Will I get the same cleaner every time?

In case your cleaner is on holiday or cannot attend for any other reason we will be happy to offer you a replacement for the period of your cleaner's absence. Alternatively you can choose to skip appointments until her/his comeback.

  • Q: Do I need to arrange a parking permit for my regular house cleaning?

    A: All cleaners travel to their assigned properties via public transportation, so the only thing you’ll need to do is pick a convenient day and hour at which your sessions will take place.

If you need a professional deep carpet cleaning service, we would be more than happy to organize a separate professional service for you by a fully trained carpet cleaning technician. The regular cleaner can clean also clean the windows from inside, as far as they are reachable without the use of a ladder. Should you require any external window cleaning, you can simply book a professional window cleaning service. We will be happy to quote you separately for that.
