The majority of the carpets we clean are submitted to hot water extraction. It delivers perfect results every time, effectively removing the most common domestic stains and deodorising the items. Here is how we use this method as part of our carpet cleaning service.

The first step is to inspect the carpet, vacuum it and pre-treat any visible stains. Next, the technician slides the cleaning wand over the pile of the item, the machine injects hot water and detergent into the fabric. This loosens the accumulated dirt. While all this is happening, a powerful suction attachment at the nozzle is constantly removing moisture.

About 95% of the moisture is removed and the items are left perfectly cleaned and deodourised. To ensure lasting cleanliness and stain protection, the technician will apply a special repellent all over the carpet.

Of course, we have figured out a way to clean even the most delicate items that can't be submitted to any form of wet or steam cleaning. So if you have expensive oriental rugs, or items made out of sisal, seagrass, or jute, then this is for you. Here is how we do it.

Again, it all starts with inspection and vacuum cleaning. Then the carpet cleaning technician will spread a professional low-moisture cleaning powder over the pile of the item. At this point, the technician will use a rotating brush to rub in the powder. This way, all the accumulated dust and grime will stick to the powder. When the brushing is over, the technician will hoover the item once again. This will remove the cleaning powder along with the loosened dust and dirt. The result is a perfectly refreshed carpet that smells amazing.
