The method we use to deep clean carpets on the spot is called hot water extraction. Here's how it works.

As always, the carpets and the rugs are thoroughly checked by the experienced carpet cleaner. Then they are hoovered to remove any loose dust and dirt. In case there are visible stains, the technician will pretreat them with special detergents. When all of this is done, it is time for the hot water extraction deep cleaning.

The technician will go over the pile (the top layer) of the carpets/rugs with the cleaning wand of the machine. The nozzle injects hot water under high pressure, loosening accumulated dust and dirt. A suction attachment that is removing all the moisture and filth at the same time. The result is a freshly cleaned carpet that is almost dry. In the end, when your carpets and rugs are cleaned, the technician will treat them with an anti-stain product to protect them.

For those luxurious pieces that are too gentle and special to be cleaned with hot water and strong cleaning detergents, we have a procedure that works just great. We use a special low-moisture cleaning powder that does the trick. Here is how it works.

After examining and vacuum cleaning the item, the specialist spreads the cleaning powder all over the item. Then he use a rotating brush to rub the powder in. This way, all the accumulated dirt, skin flakes, dust, and hairs stick to the powder. After that, the piece is once again vacuumed and the powder is removed. This way the carpet is left refreshed and deodourised without the use of any water.
