We can send your favourite professional as much as possible if you stick to the initially selected daytime/frequency. If your weekly cleaner is on vacation or unavailable for any other reason, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement. You can also wait until they return before scheduling appointments.
Must I always be home to let the cleaner in?
It isn't necessary. A spare set of keys can be provided to your cleaning professional so they can let themselves in every time they visit. We have a strict key security policy. Every set of keys is automatically tagged with a five-digit code (your personal information and home are protected). Most customers prefer to install a Key Safe Lock Box and give us the code. Then, our professionals can clean and leave your keys back in the lock box at the end.
