Well, for starters, to avoid making your boiler manufacturer’s warranty void, you’ll have to resort to servicing the appliance once a year. The boiler service should be performed ONLY by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The good news is that all described boiler, central heating and home care plans come with annual boiler service, free of charge. It will include a visual inspection of your boiler and its controls, as well as a thorough check of its components. Furthermore, the engineer will make any recommendations for repairs in their report if needed.

    A: You cannot make any claims under your boiler, central heating or home plan during the first 14 days of signing your contract.

  • Q: What is the duration of my contract and will you automatically renew it?

    A: Your care plan will last for 1 year and it will be renewed automatically unless you notify us not to. You will receive a notification, 30 days in advance, reminding you that your contract is due for renewal. In addition, you’ll get information on any price changes, related to the number of claims you’ve made, governmental tax rate updates, cover agreement upgrades, as well as due to inflation.

  • Q: Is the call-out free?

    A: This will depend on the type of contract you have. You can choose from a no call-out fee contract or pay a lower monthly fee with a £60 or £95 call-out fee, which, however, is payable once for each fault during the contract period. This means that if the engineer is called again for the same type of malfunction, a call-out fee will not apply. Also, note that all contracts come with an unlimited number of call-outs.

  • Q: Do you cover all types of boilers?

    A: Our trusted partners offer boiler breakdown care packages for most domestic property owners, including Landlords, regardless if it’s for a system, regular or combi boiler.
