How much time will it take for the upholstery/mattress to dry off?
Most upholstered furniture dries within 4 to 8 hours. Mattresses can take 12 to 24 hours. Drying time varies with airflow and room temperature. On request, we can use air movers to speed up the drying process after your sofa cleaning service.
How can I know what method is suitable for my upholstered items?
It is okay if you are unaware of this, we will pick the most suitable way to clean them. However, here are some of the codes found on labels: S: solvents only, no water. Item can be dry cleaned; X: vacuum or brushing only. No water. Item cannot be deep cleaned; W: water is safe. Item can be steam cleaned; WS: mild detergent or dry foam cleaner. Dry treatment is suggested.
What about parking fees?
The price you will be quoted for your service does not include parking and congestion charges so we kindly ask you to take care of them or, if possible, ensure there will be a free parking space near your property (within 20 meters) before the service takes place because the technician is bringing a lot of equipment.
What if the upholstery is damaged during the cleaning procedure?

While we aim for the best results, some old or set-in stains on your upholstered items may not be completely removable if the fabric is damaged or has a tear. Our upholstery cleaners will always do their utmost to restore your furniture.
Do I need to be present when the upholstery is being cleaned?
Your presence is desired but not essential. It is important to arrange for the team to gain access to your property. It would be helpful to provide information about potential entry points such as side and back gates, neighbour's place, keys or key nests and entry code at least 24 hours in advance.
