- The professional driver arrives - Your assigned driver will arrive at the pick-up address with the right size vehicle for the moving job. To make the loading process easier for you, we advise that you arrange a parking spot for the driver near your property.
- Load your items - As this is a self-loading service, it's always best to get a friend or family member to help you place your belongings in the van. If you can't handle the moving by yourself, we suggest booking our full home removal service.
- Transportation - Once everything is safely loaded in the back of the van, the expert will drive to the delivery address. You'll need to arrange your own transport to the location, as we are not legally allowed to transport customers in the van.
- Self unloading at the new address - Once you've arrived, you or someone you trust will need to remove your belongings from the van and take them into the property. Please note that if you need to pay for parking, this should be arranged before the driver arrives at the new address.

Are my possessions fully insured during transportation?
Our man and van services are fully insured. Still, remember that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the transportation process if your possessions have been packed incorrectly with the use of poor-quality materials.
How do I pay for my man and van service?
We accept cash and payments via card. For larger removals jobs, customers may be able to pay via a bank transfer.
Can you transport heavy items?
Yes, the transportation of heavy and bulky objects won't be a challenge for us. If it is a piece of furniture, we might ask you to disassemble it first, if that is possible. But even with items, like pianos or large sofas, rest assured that we won't have a problem.
Can I ride inside the van?
We are legally not allowed to transport customers and their pets (if any) in our transit vans. You will have to arrange your own transportation to the delivery address.
What can you transport?
Practically anything! From furniture and boxes of items to musical instruments - we can relocate it. That being said, we don't transport pets, statues, or dangerous goods.
