How the flat pack furniture assembly works
Step 1: Ensure your new flat packs are on site and provide instructions where you want them placed. Note: We can also help you with the furniture collection and delivery upon request.
Step 2: Ensure a large enough clear area where our technicians can perform the job.
Note: Please keep in mind that wardrobes need to be assembled on the floor before being stood up against the wall.
Step 3: Depending on your request and items’ list, we will send either one or two experienced and skilled technicians to help you with the assembly task.
Step 4: The team will assemble the furniture by following the assembly instructions and situate it as per your needs and guidance.
Step 5: You can use your newly-built furniture right away!
Note: They can also help you with disassembly of any existing furniture you have at your place.

Q: I need to make some changes to a scheduled appointment. How do I manage my bookings?
A: In order to apply changes to your booking, you need to log into your Fantastic account and from there head to the dashboard section.
Q: Can you offer me some kind of deal for your service?

Q: Can you come today?
A: If our schedule allows it, we are able to arrange a same-day visit. The latest we can send you a team is the day after you’ve contacted us.
Q: Is there anything else I need to know?
A: Prices are inclusive of all taxes. Material supply and delivery costs come on top of the service cost if applicable. If the handyman arrives and is unable to complete the work due to conditions you have failed to provide, there is a stand-alone survey fee of £25 and the cost of parking/congestion (if applicable).
Q: What is your working schedule?
A: Our regular work hours are from 9am to 6pm and our services are available seven days per week, even during the weekends and bank holidays. Also, you can arrange an early-morning or an evening appointment for an extra charge.
Q: Will the flat pack furniture assemblers carry all the right tools?
A: Yes, the assemblers will bring everything necessary to assemble your flat-packs.

Q: What if a part is missing or damaged?
A: In case it’s a part that has been specifically designed for your furniture, you will need to contact your retailer for a new replacement. If a bolt or a screw is missing, your local handyman might be able to replace it.
Q: Can you disassemble my old flat packs? I want to get rid of them.
A: Yes, the technician can disassemble them, but you will need to arrange a rubbish removal service in order to dispose of the furniture.
