Alternatively, you can schedule a video survey, in which an operator will be able to see exactly what needs to be moved, so that we have a better idea of the size of the van, which will best suit your needs.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Absolutely! You can either call us or log into your Fantastic account online, in order to make changes to your service. Though you should notify us at the latest 48-hours before your booking.

How do I pay for my man and van service?
We accept cash and payments via card. For larger removals jobs, customers may be able to pay via a bank transfer.
Can you relocate bigger furniture pieces?
Yes, we can! All that you have to do is book our furniture removals service and we'll send you a team of professionals to handle the job.
Can I ride inside the van?
We are legally not allowed to transport customers and their pets (if any) in our transit vans. You will have to arrange your own transportation to the delivery address.
What can you transport?
Practically anything! From furniture and boxes of items to musical instruments - we can relocate it. That being said, we don't transport pets, statues, or dangerous goods.

Can I get a price estimate beforehand?
