Can I travel in the driver's van?
Unfortunately, you cannot get a lift to your destination address in the driver's van. We are not insured to transport people or pets.
What kind of items can you transport?

Also, ensure that all your stuff is packed and ready for loading, as the man and van service is hourly and starts the minute the driver parks at your property.
Do I have to pack the items myself?
