- Pick-up address arrival – When the time for your service comes, an experienced driver will be sent to the pick-up address. Please make sure that they will have a place to park that is as close to the address as possible.
- Self-loading service – Please make sure that you (or somebody that you trust) will be there to take care of the van loading. If you are not able to do that yourself, then you should arrange a Home Removals Service.
- Transportation - Once everything is safely loaded in the back of the van, the expert will drive to the delivery address. You'll need to arrange your own transport to the location, as we are not legally allowed to transport customers in the van.
- Self unloading at the new address - Once you've arrived, you or someone you trust will need to remove your belongings from the van and take them into the property. Please note that if you need to pay for parking, this should be arranged before the driver arrives at the new address.

How will I know if I can fit all of my belongings into your vans?
You'll need to give information on the quantity and size of the items you'removing when you book. Alternatively, you can schedule a video survey, in which an operator will be able to see exactly what needs to be moved, so that we have a better idea of the size of the van, which will best suit your needs.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Absolutely! You can either call us or log into your Fantastic account online, in order to make changes to your service. Though you should notify us at the latest 48-hours before your booking.
Is the man and van service insured?
Yes, the man and van service is fully insured.
How do I pay for the service?
You can for your service both via card and cash - it's all up to you and your preferences.
Can you relocate bigger furniture pieces?
Yes, we can! All that you have to do is book our furniture removals service and we'll send you a team of professionals to handle the job.
Can I travel in the driver's van?
Unfortunately, you cannot get a lift to your destination address in the driver's van. We are not insured to transport people or pets.
Do you have some rules on what you cannot move and transport?
Yes. We cannot transport animals (pets), flammables and explosives, toxic substances and hazardous materials, drugs and medicines, etc.

How do you charge for your man and van service?
The service is charged per hour. On that note, the driver will choose the shortest possible route to reach the destination address.
Do I need to arrange parking for the man and van?
Preferably, yes. The man with the van will need to park as close as possible to your property, in order to ease the loading process. Keep in mind, if you pay for your parking, you'll be responsible for the charge.
Do I have to pack the items myself?
Preferably, yes. Everything should be prepped and packed before the driver arrives and left outside the property so it can be loaded easily. If you'd rather not deal with this arduous task, we do have a packing service available.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, as long as you give us a notice of at least 48 hours, you can change the date and time of your service. To do that, either give us a call or log into your account.
