The Fantastic cleaners are local professionals with years of experience who have been certified by the Federation of Window Cleaners. Vans are equipped with a water-fed pole, pure water tanks, and other tools specifically for the job.
What is included in the window cleaning service?

Combining more than one of the service options will give you dicounts and special perks.
Do window cleaners use any detergents to clean windows?
We use only purified water which does not leave any marks or streaks. Outside windows are cleaned with water-fed poles by professionals.
Why are you using water-fed poles?
Window cleaning technicians using this equipment can reach as high as the 4th storey of a building, as well as awkwardly positioned skylights, conservatory roofs, and overextended windows.
Do you wipe the windows after you clean them?
There is absolutely no need to do so as the purified water doesn't leave any streaks behind.
Can you deep clean my frames?
We can do it, but only from the inside and only if they are PVC frames. We are not able to deal with paint, plaster or heavy permanent stains.
My frames have mould on them. Can you remove it?
In this case, we cannot provide assistance.
I have a glass banister on the balcony. Can you clean the external part of it?
If it can be accessed from the ground with our reach and wash system we will clean it, otherwise, it will not be safe for the technician to do it from the balcony itself.
Is it possible to remove the plaster from the external glass panes?
As long as the windows are reachable from inside the house. If not, outside access is not safe.
Are you able to clean stained glass windows?
Certainly, but only from the outside.
Do I need to be at home when the cleaners arrive?
It will be helpful if you let the window cleaning technicians in so they can inspect your windows and window sills for cracks and scratches. However, you do not need to be present during the service. As long as a means of access to your property has been arranged beforehand, you do not have to rearrange your daily schedule.
What if the weather is bad and it is raining?
It depends on how heavy the rain is. Usually, the technicians asses the situation on the day, and if it is impossible to provide the service will inform you so you can reschedule your service for another day.
Do we need to arrange a parking spot?
You must arrange parking nearby (maximum 30 metres) prior to the cleaning process, since we use purified water from the van.
Is a water source required?
In most cases, the window cleaners are equipped with a tank of purified water. In the event that the tank is empty, you may have to allow them to use a water source on your property.
