When using the water-fed pole, why don't you wipe the windows?
As the purified water leaves no streaks behind, there is no need to do so.
Can you deep clean my frames?
We can do it, but only from the inside and only if they are PVC frames. We are not able to deal with paint, plaster or heavy permanent stains.
My frames have mould on them. Can you remove it?

My balcony has a glass banister. Do you think you can clean the external part of it?
When it can be reached with our reach and wash system from the ground, then we will clean it, otherwise, the technician will not be able to do it due to safety reasons.
Can the plaster on the external glass panes be removed?
Only if the windows can be reached from the inside of the house. Other than that, it is not possible to safely reach them from the outside.
