How long will the service take?

It depends on the number of windows and their condition.

How many cleaners will come?

We usually send a single technician, but we can dispatch more if necessary.

Why do you need a parking spot near my property?

The purified water equipment is attached to the van. The cleaner has to park it no further than 30 metres from the property and on the same side where your windows are located.

Can you come after 6 p.m.?

This is not advisable. If sunlight is limited, the technician will not be able to spot all blemishes on the windows and the final result would be less satisfying.

How do I cancel my booking for window cleaning?

To cancel your appointment, you need to log into your Fantastic account and go to the dashboard. There you can cancel or reschedule your appointment easily. Just make sure you do it at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Can you clean wooden frames and sills?

The equipment ejects water under very high pressure. Because of this, we cannot clean wooden window elements as there’s a high risk of causing damage.

Can I make changes to my bookings?

In order to manage your current bookings, you need to log into your Fantastic account. If you don’t have one, you can create a new profile really easy. Once you’ve registered, head over to the dashboard section. There you can apply changes to all of your service appointments.

Can I get some kind of deal?

Do you wipe the windows after you clean them?

There is absolutely no need to do so as the purified water doesn’t leave any streaks behind.

Can you deep clean my frames?

Yes, but only from the inside and only if they are PVC frames. We are not able to deal with paint, plaster or heavy permanent stains.

Can you remove mould from my frames?

This is not something we treat.

Do you use any detergents when you clean windows?

We use only purified water which does not leave any marks or streaks.

I have a glass banister on the balcony. Can you clean the external part of it?

If it can be accessed from the ground with our reach and wash system, we will clean it. Otherwise, it will not be safe for the technician to do it from the balcony itself.

What if the weather is bad and it is raining?

It depends on how heavy the rain is. Usually an assessment of the situation is conducted on the day of the service. If the weather is not optimal, the technician will inform you so you can reschedule your service for another day.

Can you remove plaster on the external glass panes?

Only if the windows are reachable from the inside of the property. Otherwise there is no safe way to do this from the outside.
