What a well-thought-out window cleaning service in Lynton looks like
Our experts will thoroughly clean and polish your interior and exterior windows
Rather than arrive with ladders and buckets, your Lynton professional window cleaners will arrive in a van equipped with a large tank of purified water. A team of technicians will park as close as possible to your home and attach extendable poles with brush attachments to the water supply.
The professional cleaners will gently scrub the windows loosening sticky deposits, grease or dirt. After this the glass is rinsed. The process is repeated until the glass shines.
The process is repeated as necessary until all stubborn or sticky deposits are removed. No detergents are required and the windows are left to dry naturally so there's no risk of smears.

Frequently asked questions
Who is going to clean my windows?
Professional window cleaners will come to your property with IDs, branded uniforms and vehicles. They are local technicians with great experience who are certified by the Federation of Window Cleaners. Every vehicle is equipped with a water-fed pole, pure water tanks and other professional tools specialised strictly for the job.
Can you tell me more about the window cleaning services?
The window cleaning expert will arrive at your address fully equipped for the service. As part of your cleaning sessions he can do exterior window cleaning with water-fed pole technology, rope access window cleaning for levels above the 4th storey, and good old-fashioned manual interior cleaning.
What do window cleaners use to clean windows - any detergents?
The Fantastic Cleaners bring and use purified water only. It dries without leaving marks or streaks. Refined water is stored in special tanks, located in the vehicle. That's why parking is mandatory when booking a service. For outside window cleaning, the experts use a long reach water-fed pole. For indoor window cleaning - squeegees and ladder (if needed).
What is a water-fed pole system and why use it?
This is specialised window cleaning equipment that allows the technicians to reach as high as the 4th storey of a building as well as awkwardly positioned skylights, conservatory roofs, and windows over extensions. It limits the risks of using ladders.
When using the water-fed pole, why don't you wipe the windows?
As the purified water leaves no streaks behind, there is no need to do so.
Can you deep clean my frames?
We can do it, but only from the inside and only if they are PVC frames. We are not able to deal with paint, plaster or heavy permanent stains.
Is it possible to remove mould from my frames?
That is not something we can help with.
There is a glass banister on my balcony. Are you able to clean its exterior?
We can clean it from the ground with our reach-and-wash system, otherwise, it is unsafe for the technician to do it from the balcony.
Can you remove plaster on the external glass panes?
Only if the windows are reachable from the inside of the property. Otherwise, there is no safe way to do this from the outside.
Do you clean stained glass windows?
Yes, but from the outside only.
Do I need to be at home when the cleaners arrive?
It will be helpful if you let the window cleaning technicians in so they can inspect your windows and window sills for cracks and scratches. However, you do not need to be present during the service. As long as a means of access to your property has been arranged beforehand, you do not have to rearrange your daily schedule.
In case of bad weather and rain, what should I do?
In heavy rain, exterior windows cannot be cleaned. The appointment has to be rescheduled.
Do we need to arrange parking?
We will be using purified water from a tank in the van connected by a hose, so you need to arrange parking close to the property (maximum of 30 meters) prior to arrival.
Is a water source required?
In most cases, the window cleaners are equipped with a tank of purified water. In the event that the tank is empty, you may have to allow them to use a water source on your property.
