How will I know if I can fit all of my belongings into your vans?
You'll need to give information on the quantity and size of the items you'removing when you book. Alternatively, you can schedule a video survey, in which an operator will be able to see exactly what needs to be moved, so that we have a better idea of the size of the van, which will best suit your needs.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Absolutely! You can either call us or log into your Fantastic account online, in order to make changes to your service. Though you should notify us at the latest 48-hours before your booking.
What if my items get damaged during the transportation?
While the van driver may assist you with the safe arrangement of the boxes inside the van, they can't be held responsible if damage occurs, due to low-quality moving boxes and poorly packed items. To ensure the safety of your belongings, resort to our help by booking a professional packing service.
How do I pay for the service?
You can for your service both via card and cash - it's all up to you and your preferences.
Can the man with the van help me with carrying and loading my possessions?
This is a self-loading service. The man with the van will only make sure that your stuff is nicely stacked and secured in the van. If you need help with carrying and loading your belongings, you should consider booking our full house removal service.
Can I travel in the van to the new location?
Unfortunately not. You aren't authorised or insured to travel in the van. It's best to organise your own transport beforehand, so ask friends and family if they can lend you some assistance.
Do you have some rules on what you cannot move and transport?
Yes. We cannot transport animals (pets), flammables and explosives, toxic substances and hazardous materials, drugs and medicines, etc.

How is this service charged?
Our man and van solution is a hourly based service.
Should I know about anything that's required from me before the service?
Please, arrange a parking spot that is near your property. The same goes for when the driver reaches the delivery address, where someone should be already there to meet them. Also, ensure that all your stuff is packed and ready for loading, as the man and van service is hourly and starts the minute the driver parks at your property.
Do I have to pack the items myself?
Preferably, yes. Everything should be prepped and packed before the driver arrives and left outside the property so it can be loaded easily. If you'd rather not deal with this arduous task, we do have a packing service available.
Can I make any changes to my appointment?
Yes, you can do this and manage all your bookings with us via your personal Fantastic account, you've registered with us.
