1. Pest & Property Inspection
Your local pest technician assesses the property, identifies the pest and checks the level of activity, affected areas and potential entry points. This helps determine the most suitable pest control treatment.
2. Targeted Pest Treatment
After the inspection, exterminators explain the treatment and next steps. Depending on the pest, this can include rat and mouse control, wasp and bed bug treatment, ant, flea and cockroach control, including suitable spraying or gel bait treatments. Emergency pest control can also be arranged for wasp and bed bug infestations, subject to availability.
3. Follow-Up Pest Control
Some pest problems may be dealt with during the initial visit, while others require additional treatment or monitoring. Where further visits are needed, these are arranged separately at the applicable preferential rate.
4. Practical Pest Prevention Advice
Your technician can provide practical advice to help reduce the risk of recurring pest activity, including addressing potential entry points and pest attractants. Pest treatments are carried out by fully insured technicians using COSHH-compliant practices.
