How to arrange your painter's services
Step 1: Contact us and explain how we can assist you in terms of painting and decorating.
Step 2: Based on the information you give us, we will be able to offer you a preliminary quote for the service.
Step 3: We will send a specialist to your place for a survey. He will consult you and make sure he understands your needs.
Step 4: Within 3-5 workdays after the survey, we will contact you again with a personalised quote for the job.
Step 5: All that is left is for the specialists to come at a time convenient for you and complete the service.

Q: I have to reschedule my service for another time. What are the steps?
A: It's really easy - log into your Fantastic account, go to the dashboard section and from there you can change the date and time for your appointment.
Q: Is there a chance to get a discount on my painters service?
A: If you wish to save some money off your booking, just join our Fantastic Club. By becoming a part of our family you get to benefit from many awesome perks that include priority booking, seasonal slots, and discounts.
Q: I don’t know what type of paint I need, can you help me with that?
A: Yes, we’ll send an expert for a survey and he’ll consult you. Just state your preferences on colour.
Q: Is there anything else I need to know?
A: Prices are inclusive of all taxes. Material supply and delivery costs come on top of the service cost if applicable. If the handyman arrives and is unable to complete the work due to conditions you have failed to provide, there is a stand-alone survey fee of £25 and the cost of parking/congestion (if applicable).
Q: How much time will the service take?
A: Well, it all depends on how many rooms need to be painted. The specialist we send for the survey will be able to estimate the duration the service will take.
Q: Do I have to be there while the service takes place?
A: No, but please make sure to provide access to your property on the day of your appointment. The painters can pick up a key if you leave it somewhere nearby and they’ll drop it off when the job is finished.
Q: Do I need to provide the painting tools/equipment?
A: No, the specialists bring them as part of the service. Upon request and for an extra charge, we can also supply the paint for you.
Q: What is your availability?
A: Monday - Sunday including bank holidays, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: Our current coverage is for all areas within the M25 London zone.
