3. The technician uses the hot water extraction machine by sliding the cleaning wand over the pile of the carpet. The cleaning wand injects a mixture of hot water and detergent between the fibres, dislodging dirt and dust.
4. At the same time, a very powerful suction attachment is constantly working, removing 95% the moisture and all of the dislodged filth from the carpet.

At this point, the technician will use a rotating brush to rub in the powder. This way, all the accumulated dust and grime will stick to the powder. When the brushing is over, the technician will hoover the item once again. This will remove the cleaning powder along with the loosened dust and dirt. The result is a perfectly refreshed carpet that smells amazing.
