The method we use to deep clean carpets on the spot is called hot water extraction. Here's how it works.

As always, the carpets and the rugs are thoroughly checked by the experienced carpet cleaner. Then they are hoovered to remove any loose dust and dirt. In case there are visible stains, the technician will pretreat them with special detergents. When all of this is done, it is time for the hot water extraction deep cleaning.

The technician will go over the pile (the top layer) of the carpets/rugs with the cleaning wand of the machine. The nozzle injects hot water under high pressure, loosening accumulated dust and dirt. A suction attachment that is removing all the moisture and filth at the same time. The result is a freshly cleaned carpet that is almost dry. In the end, when your carpets and rugs are cleaned, the technician will treat them with an anti-stain product to protect them.

Dry carpet and rug cleaning

There are carpets and rugs that are too delicate do deep clean with high temperatures and water. For such items we recommend the dry carpet cleaning. It won't damage your carpet and will leave it fresh and clean. Here's how it's done.

The item is inspected and vacuum cleaned. Then the technician spreads a special low-moisture cleaning powder all over the item. A rotary cleaning brush machine is used to rub in the powder in the carpet pile and loosen dirt and grime. During the cleaning process, you will notice the difference - the carpet is less moist, and the dirt is not going to stick to the carpet. In the end, the piece is vacuumed and all the powder and filth are removed.
