We don't typically offer mould removal as part of our deep cleaning services, as these organic growths require a different approach and set of products. The cleaners will do their best to remove the mould, but hiring a certified handyman is advisable in case plastering is needed.
How long does a one time cleaning take?
The length of the one time cleaning will depend on the size of the property and the services requested. Typically, it can take anywhere from three to six hours.
Do I have to be at the property while the service takes place?
There is no need for you to be at the property while the cleaning is being taken care of. However, please make sure that the cleaners will be provided with access to your property and the priority areas when they arrive at the address. You can also use your Fantastic Account to leave a note with instructions in case a key pick-up will be necessary.
