One-off is an hourly-based property cleaning service designed to clean as much as possible within the time booked while having your priorities in mind. On the other hand, end of tenancy cleaning focuses on an overall polish that is designed to return the rental property to its original state upon a tenant's departure. This service is not hourly-based and comes with a 48 hour satisfaction guarantee which can be extended to 172 hours at an additonal cost.

Is the cleaner able to do some ironing?

No problem at all. Just make sure you include the job in the list of priorities when scheduling the service so we can recommend you an appropriate amount of booking time in order for all the tasks to be completed.

What if something happens and I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment for one-off cleaning?

In order to cancel or make changes to your booked appointment, simply log in your Fantastic Account and head over to the Dashboard. We just kindly ask you to notify us 48 hours in advance.

Is there a way I can get a discount or some sort of a deal on cleaning services?
