Mains water contains dissolved minerals, mainly calcium and magnesium, that leave white deposits on glass as the water dries. This is what causes the streaking and spotting that traditional window cleaning often fails to fully eliminate.
Our system passes mains water through a multi-stage filtration process that strips out every dissolved solid. The resulting purified water has a TDS reading close to zero, which is verified with a ZT-2 TDS meter before every job.
This pure water is then delivered to the glass through a carbon fibre telescopic pole reaching up to 22 metres, fitted with a specialist brush head that agitates and lifts dirt from the surface. Because there is nothing left in the water to dry as a deposit, the glass dries completely clear.
Once the external glass is done, our cleaners address frames, sills, and rubber seals, the areas around the glass that often hold the grime and black mould growth that makes otherwise clean windows look dull.
For internal windows, we use Lewi T-bars in professional grade, along with a Karcher window vacuum and lint-free scrims to deliver a clean finish at heights up to 2.5 metres.
