Kitchen and appliances — All kitchen surfaces, cupboard fronts, inside cupboards, the hob, extractor filter, microwave, fridge and freezer are cleaned thoroughly. Please ensure your fridge and freezer are defrosted 24 hours before the appointment so our cleaners can wipe them down properly. The oven is deep-cleaned using specialist products and is included in the standard service.
Deep oven cleaning — The oven receives individual attention. Racks, shelves, the interior chamber, door glass and exterior are all cleaned to a standard that consistently passes even the most thorough letting agent inspections in the Guildford and Aldershot area.
Living rooms and bedrooms — All surfaces are dusted and wiped down, including skirting boards, windowsills, light switches and door frames. Floors are vacuumed and mopped. Wardrobes, drawers and fitted storage are cleaned inside and out. Our teams pay close attention to these areas because Surrey letting agents routinely check them during inventory checkouts.
Bathrooms — The shower, bath, toilet, sink and all fixtures are cleaned with professional-grade sanitising agents. Tiles, grout and glass are descaled where needed. Mirrors, towel rails and bathroom cabinets are wiped down to a streak-free finish. The bathroom is one of the areas most likely to result in a deposit dispute if not cleaned to a high standard, and we treat it accordingly.
Interior window cleaning — All windows are cleaned from the inside, leaving them streak-free. If exterior window cleaning is required by your letting agent, please add this to your booking, as it is treated as a separate service and comes at an additional cost.
