Can I cancel or reschedule my booking for a one-off house cleaning?
Yes, log into your Fantastic Account and make changes to all of your bookings. In case of cancellation, we require a 48-hour notice.
Are the cleaners able to remove mould from my ceiling/walls?
We don't typically offer mould removal as part of our deep cleaning services, as these organic growths require a different approach and set of products. The cleaners will do their best to remove the mould, but hiring a certified handyman is advisable in case plastering is needed.
