I loved the work my professional, Kawaljeet, did though and I would consider using them again on that basis, it was excellent, hence the five stars.
I initially had a very frustrating experience due to conflicting automated schedule notifications and subsequent cancellation fee disputes across two bookings. However, after escalating the matter, management reviewed the communication logs, acknowledged the scheduling errors, and worked with me to reach a fair resolution with a refund. While the initial mix-up caused a headache, I appreciate management stepping in to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
Nikoli is incredibly meticulous and pays attention to detail. He is doesn’t just come in and get the job done as quickly as possible. He is highly professional, takes pride in his work and genuinely caring about the end result.
He and his team are also extremely hardworking and tidy. Everything is left clean and in order when they finish, and they’re always respectful of the property and surroundings.
One of the things I appreciate most is that they genuinely want you to be 100% happy with the work. Nikoli listens to what you want, checks that you’re happy with how things are progressing and makes sure everything is right before considering the job finished. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nikoli and his team to anyone. Absolutely excellent and thoroughly deserved 5 stars
Amazing service! I had both the domestic cleaning and carpet cleaning service come to my flat last week and can honestly say they transformed the place! Both services were efficient and the staff were on time and friendly! The cleaner cleared our cupboards and really went the extra mile to make the place look spotless. All carpet stains were removed with ease and made such a difference! Would definitely recommend this service and use again. So helpful!

I can’t recommend Fantastic Services enough! I found out about them just after I moved house and I hadn’t had time to unpack properly. They suggested I try the wardrobe organisation service and it was brilliant. They even went out and bought extra storage rails for my clothes, and will always go above and beyond. I’m away so often it’s sometimes hard to keep on top of things, it’s great to be able to book a service using the app and schedule in for whenever I need. It really helps to know that if my schedule changes, I can sort things out last minute. A really brilliant service!
