What is a water-fed pole system and why use it?
This is specialised window cleaning equipment that allows the technicians to reach as high as the 4th storey of a building as well as awkwardly positioned skylights, conservatory roofs, and windows over extensions. It limits the risks of using ladders.
When using the water-fed pole, why don't you wipe the windows?
As the purified water leaves no streaks behind, there is no need to do so.
Are you going to clean only the glass, or the frames and sills as well?
We clean the frames around the glass as well. It is preferable, however, if the frames are old and wooden, to inspect them before confirming.
Can you remove mould from my frames?
