Why don't you wipe the windows when using the water-fed pole?

Certainly, but only from the outside.
Is it necessary for me to be home during the service?
You should let the window cleaning technicians in so they can inspect your windows and window sills for cracks and scratches. It is not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning.
In case of bad weather and rain, what should I do?
In heavy rain, exterior windows cannot be cleaned. The appointment has to be rescheduled.
Do we need to arrange parking?
We will be using purified water from a tank in the van connected by a hose, so you need to arrange parking close to the property (maximum of 30 meters) prior to arrival.
