We understand plans change. You can easily reschedule or edit your booking anytime via your online dashboard or the app. We just ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid any late fees.

Do you clean windows on the outside?

Our standard one-off deep clean covers the interior of your windows, frames, and sills. We can clean exterior windows only if they are easily accessible from the ground floor. For upper-floor external windows, we recommend booking our specialist window cleaning service, which uses water-fed poles.

Can you remove mould?

We can clean off surface mould and mildew (common in bathrooms and on window sills). However, please note that we are cleaners, not damp specialists. If the mould is deep inside the plaster or drywall due to structural damp, we cannot guarantee its permanent removal.
