The window cleaning specialist will park their vehicle near your property. They'll set up their water-fed extension pole system and connect it to their van's tank that holds purified water. Using the extension poles they can conveniently reach windows up to the 4th floor.
The pole is fitted with a brush attachment that will be used to gently scrub the glass and PVC frames while purified water is fed through it. Hard-to-remove grime will be effectively softened up after which the expert will rinse the glass panes.
Note that the deionised water creates a protective film that helps your windows remain clean for longer. Additionally, if you would like your windows cleaned from the inside as well, we can offer an internal window cleaning service.

Is there any detergent used by window cleaners?
Only purified water is used by the Fantastic Cleaners. There are no marks left behind after it dries. Water-fed poles are used to clean the outside of windows.
Is there a reason why you are using water-fed poles rather than ladders?
Using this type of equipment, technicians can clean windows up to the fourth floor of a building, as well as unexpectedly high skylights, conservatories, and windows overextensions. It reduces the risk of ladder accidents.
Why don't you wipe the windows when using the water-fed pole?
Since the water we use is purified, there is absolutely no need for wiping because it will evaporate naturally and there is no residue at all. This is the best way to clean outside windows.
Can you deep clean my frames?
We can do it, but only from the inside and only if they are PVC frames. We are not able to deal with paint, plaster or heavy permanent stains.
Can you remove mould from my frames?
This is something we cannot deal with.
There is a glass banister on my balcony. Are you able to clean its exterior?
We can clean it from the ground with our reach-and-wash system, otherwise, it is unsafe for the technician to do it from the balcony.
Is it possible to remove the plaster from the external glass panes?
As long as the windows are reachable from inside the house. If not, outside access is not safe.
Cleaning stained glass windows is something you do?
Yes, but only from the outside.
Do I have to be home during the service?
All windows can be cleaned from the outside without you being there as long as you grant the window cleaners access through the gates of the property. And if you want your windows cleaned from the inside, too, then take advantage of our free key pick up and delivery option.
What if the weather is bad and it is raining?
It depends on how heavy the rain is. Usually, the technicians asses the situation on the day, and if it is impossible to provide the service will inform you so you can reschedule your service for another day.
Do we need to arrange parking?
We will be using purified water from a tank in the van connected by a hose, so you need to arrange parking close to the property (maximum of 30 meters) prior to arrival.
Do you need access to water?
The window cleaners are typically equipped with a tank of purified water. If the tank is empty, they will need to use a water source on your property.
