How we perform the service

Whether you have a single oven or a sturdy range cooker, the Fantastic technician can make it look as new in a matter of an hour or two. So, here’s what you can expect on the day of your appointment:

• The local oven cleaner will place a sheet on the floor next to your appliance.
• He’ll check the material your oven is made of and the general condition of your cooking equipment., whether it runs on gas or it’s electric.
• He will disconnect it from the mains and take out any parts that can be removed/dismantled.
• Those will be dipped in a tank, filled with a special cleaning solution.
• Then, the inside of the appliance will be carefully cleaned and the oven door polished.
• If you’ve ordered hob and extractor cleaning, as well, they’ll be polished, too.
• Then, the specialist will place back the removed parts, once they’ve been cleaned and dried.
• As a final step, the technician will turn on the oven to confirm that it works properly. He will then give you a small present from us - an oven liner with a protective Teflon coating. Use it to protect your oven's bottom from spills.
