What to expect from your pest sanitation serviceThis service is performed by a vetted and insured cleaner who will clean all recently infested areas by following your personal priority checklist. For instance, this could include kitchen and bathroom areas, corners and skirting boards, the areas around pipes and sinks, and more. All used detergents are completely pet- and child-safe and meet the latest sanitation standards.
Pest disinfection service and what it includes
This service is carried out as a follow-up pest treatment. However, the person who will arrive on the scene is a trained and certified operative who will use a ULV machine to spray all recently infested areas with biocides. The biocidal treatment is able to kill up to 99.99% of all known pathogens, including Norovirus, E.Coli, Salmonella and many more.
Pest disinfection is more common within our commercial clients. However, if you want to be certain that all microorganisms will be dealt with, you can schedule a pest disinfection treatment for your home as well.
Actions customers should take before the service
If you have booked pest disinfection you should do the following prior the service:
- Hoover all areas that receive the most foot traffic.
- Wipe surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
- You need to leave the property for the entire duration of the treatment.
- Do not wipe treated areas to allow the disinfectant to take effect.
When to book pest disinfection
Pest disinfection is equally suited for households and commercial establishments. Here, the trained specialist will use biocides with a reactive barrier technology for added protection against current and future bacteria, viruses, mould and other pathogens.
The products are also non-corrosive and can be applied to virtually any area, including on metal and plastic surfaces and fabrics. As with pest sanitation, you need to book the service 3-4 days after the extermination to give the pesticides enough time to come into contact with the critters.
Q: Are your pest treatments safe?
A: Each of the professionals uses only COSHH-approved detergents and insecticides. This means that they are comprised of non-irritant ingredients that will not cause allergies and will not endanger your health or that of your pets or beloved ones.
Q: How long does a visit usually take?
A: This is a question that we, unfortunately, cannot answer since this depends on the number of areas that need to be treated. However, your hygienist will usually be able to give you an accurate on-site estimate after they have a look around your property.
Q: Can you perform commercial treatments as well?
A: Our disinfection service is perfect for that job since the strong biocidal solution will prevent the spread of infectious pathogens much faster than regular detergents. This will, in turn, buy your business extra time to get back on its feet. We treat fast food venues, offices, hotels, and more.
Q: Can you perform outside treatments?
A: Yes, but they can only be done by a pest disinfection specialist after a survey. The diligent expert will use a pressure spray and a ladder to treat rooftops and other unreachable areas.
Q: What equipment do you use for pest disinfection?
A: Your expert will be equipped with all tools of the trade, including scrapers, pro-biocidal hand wipes, metal brushes, gas mask, overalls and last, but not least – an industrial fog machine.
Q: When are you able to visit my property?
A: On any day of the week, including on weekends and bank holidays. Our customer support is available around the clock, so make sure to get in touch and make an appointment today!
