- Prompt arrival of the man with a van - The experienced local driver will come to your address at the arranged time with an appropriately sized van, so please, make sure that there's a free parking spot prepared near the property in advance.
- Have your items ready - Ensure that all your stuff is packed well and brought outside, so you can load it in the van, where the driver will secure it properly. You may need to ask a friend to help you out with the loading.
- Transportation – When you are done loading your items, the driver will safely relocate them to the new address. Make sure to arrange another form of transportation to the location, as clients are not allowed inside the vehicle.
- Self-unloading – Finally, the only thing you need to do is unload your possessions at the new site. Again, make sure to organise a parking spot near the property to make things easier for yourself.

Are my possessions fully insured during transportation?
Our man and van services are fully insured. Still, remember that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the transportation process if your possessions have been packed incorrectly with the use of poor-quality materials.
Do you charge extra for short-notice bookings?
No, we don't. Same-day bookings are subject to availability, but if the driver is free for the given time slot, you can take advantage of this option and book them for the same day, without having to pay extra for that.
Can you relocate bigger furniture pieces?
Yes, we can! All that you have to do is book our furniture removals service and we'll send you a team of professionals to handle the job.
Can I ride inside the van?
We are legally not allowed to transport customers and their pets (if any) in our transit vans. You will have to arrange your own transportation to the delivery address.
What kind of items can you transport?
Whatever you require! Be it some furniture, boxes of items, or musical instruments, we can take care of it. That being said, we won't be able to transport pets, statues or any illegal or dangerous goods.

How is this service charged?
Our man and van solution is a hourly based service.
Do I need to arrange parking for the man and van?
Preferably, yes. The man with the van will need to park as close as possible to your property, in order to ease the loading process. Keep in mind, if you pay for your parking, you'll be responsible for the charge.
Do I have to pack the items myself?
Preferably, yes. Everything should be prepped and packed before the driver arrives and left outside the property so it can be loaded easily. If you'd rather not deal with this arduous task, we do have a packing service available.
Can I make any changes to my appointment?
Yes, you can do this and manage all your bookings with us via your personal Fantastic account, you've registered with us.
