Can I ride inside the van?
We are legally not allowed to transport customers and their pets (if any) in our transit vans. You will have to arrange your own transportation to the delivery address.
What can you transport?
Practically anything! From furniture and boxes of items to musical instruments - we can relocate it. That being said, we don't transport pets, statues, or dangerous goods.

How do you charge for your man and van service?
The service is charged per hour. On that note, the driver will choose the shortest possible route to reach the destination address.
Do I need to arrange parking for the man and van?
Preferably, yes. The man with the van will need to park as close as possible to your property, in order to ease the loading process. Keep in mind, if you pay for your parking, you'll be responsible for the charge.
Is packing part of the man and van service?
Unless you have booked us to help with the packing, please make sure that before the driver arrives, all items are properly packed and taken outside, waiting only to be loaded in the van.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, as long as you give us a notice of at least 48 hours, you can change the date and time of your service. To do that, either give us a call or log into your account.
