Fantastic Services started its journey in 2009 as a small company then known as Fantastic Cleaners. There were only two staff members and cleaning was their speciality. Their aim was to build reliable and well organized cleaning teams all over the UK. Do I need experience to become part of Fantastic Services?

Experience in the service that you would like to develop your business is preferable but not a must. What we cherish the most is your motivation and desire to learn and develop. We can assure you that with or without experience you will go through our specialized training sessions in order to learn how to deliver a fantastic service to any customer.

How much time it will take to get a return on my initial investment?

Fantastic Services platform is designed to keep you busy as per your performance. We have an established a rating system for our partners and allocate our clients depending on your performance. This means that the better service you deliver the more clients you will get and the faster you will have a return on your investment. We have estimated that the average time to get a return of the investment you did is 3 to 6 months depending on the service and your team/s performance.

How will I get clients?

The day you become a partner of ours you will receive access to our automated customer relation management system (CRM). You will have a daily individual schedule for each team you have and you will be able to see your jobs the day before you have to deliver them. The system is pretty flexible and you will be given a reasonable time frame to confirm whether you would like to take the job or not. The jobs will be allocated to your schedule depending on areas you agreed to cover and your rating.

Do I need to manage the sales and customer service myself?

No, it’s all taken care for you. Fantastic Services has hundreds of Sales specialists and customer care agents. We have a customer-centered policy and we want to make sure that our clients will come back to us.

I already have clients. How do I need to proceed with them?

You can keep the clients you already have. However, please bear in mind that agreeing to become a partner of ours means that you agree to work exclusively with Fantastic Services brand. This means that your clients will remain yours but they will have to receive a notice that the service they get in the future will be provided by Fantastic Services. Also the relevant commission charges on this will apply.

How much is the franchise fee?

The franchise fee is designed to fit the capabilities of the small business. We have only one franchise fee which covers it all from the very beginning throughout all the way of your business development. It includes all the jobs that will be negotiated and served over the phone for you, all financial reports that you will be receiving from our finance specialists, marketing materials and promotion campaigns we organize, constant support and business consultation. There are no per lead, flat, weekly or monthly fees and most important of all no hidden fees.

Do I need to pay everything at once?

No. Your payment can be divided into monthly instalments without any interest on top.

What do I need to start with?

Depending on the service you might need different type of equipment and/or vehicle. You will be advised thoroughly what is that you need in order to be professional at delivering a service. Most services require human resource so it might be a good thing to be prepared with having a few people who you can start working with. Fantastic Services can also help you with HR consultations and recruitment.

Apart from that you will need to:

  • Register a company;
  • Get public liability insurance;
  • Have a valid UK ID

I want to start but can’t afford to buy equipment/vehicle for the type of service I need. Fantastic services can assist you with this too. We are happy to support and provide you with full equipment, which you can pay for on monthly installments with no additional charges. We also have a variety of options to supply you with a vehicle- you can either purchase it yourself or rent it from us.
