Given the scale and architectural complexity of the site, they needed a reliable partner to deliver high standards with minimal disruption. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<div class='post-nav-link' id='the-client'><div class='link-text'><h2>The Client<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\r\n<p>Big Creative Academy, part of the larger organisation <a href=\"https:\/\/bigcreative.education\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Big Creative Education<\/a>(BCE), offers apprenticeships, vocational training, and further education courses across the creative sector, including music, media, fashion, and the performing arts. With hundreds of students enrolled across multiple sites in Walthamstow, the Academy requires dependable <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fantasticservices.com\/commercial\/cleaning\/\">cleaning services<\/a> that keep facilities professional, safe, and welcoming, without interruption to teaching.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div class='post-nav-link' id='the-challenge'><div class='link-text'><h2>The Challenge <\/h2><\/div><\/div>\r\n<p>The project presented several unique challenges:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Low water pressure<\/strong> \u2013 The external tap could not provide a consistent supply, meaning our team had to deploy a mobile water tank and refill multiple times to remain on schedule.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Complex atrium access<\/strong> \u2013 The built-up cobwebs high on the ceiling demanded careful maneuvering<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Roof cleaning restrictions<\/strong> \u2013 Work could only be performed diagonally from the ground using Reach &#038;
